Okay, so this is how it's going to happen:
1. Design your logo
2. Sumbit it via e-mail to either myself or the Jovial Priest
3. April 12th is the closing date.
4. Once we've got all the entries, I'll post them all up and set up a poll so that you can vote for your favourite.
5. The winner will get to see their creation immortalised on the Wiki. Fame, glory and adulation will be theirs!

I like the owl, personally. Is that on the list?
ReplyDeleteYes, the owl is nice but I think Jovial Priest 'borrowed' it from a stockphoto site so questions of copyright might arise. Of course if someone were to do a picture based on the photo, that'd be a different story.

ReplyDeleteI purchased the owl from istockphoto and that grants me permission to use it on my 'web site'. As the owner of the wiki if Alex purchased it, it was about $2.50, he could make it his logo, but those who hadn't purchased it wouldn't have permission to use the image as a link in their blog, which sort of defeats the point of a logo.
